euroMetal has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the reference code SR EN ISO 9001: 2001, system that is certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. The certification audit took place within the period 19-20.02.2008, and on 10.03.2008 euroMetal Ltd was granted with Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Certificate.

Due to our continuous concern to diversify our products and to increase their quality, we’ve initiated actions to get the certification from SLV Munchen, respectively the authorization of AFER to act as supplier of railway products.

A certification granted by SLV Munchen gives us the lawfulness to manufacture metallic structures, according to DIN 18800 - 7:2002-09, class E (DS 804 Railway bridges, DIN 18809 Railroad bridges, DIN 4131 Carrying structures for antennas with the requirement to prove their long life resistance in service, DIN 4132 Rolling tracks, metallic carrying structures, DIN 4133 Steel stacks within the range of dimensions I, DIN 4112 Aerial constructions with the requirement to prove their long life resistance in service - other similar constructions subjected to dynamic stress) and to qualify our workers in several welding procedures (manual welding with coated electrode - 111, E, MAG - 135, tMAG, vMAG, Electroslag welding - 121, UP; gas-shielded arc welding with hollow wire - 136, tMAG, 141, WIG).

euroMetal has drawn up a file in order to get the Certification to act as supplier of railway products having in view, as main target, the products from 1A RISK CLASS (railway products that might affect the safety and security of transportation should they breakdown), respectively metallic bridges in welded structure.
