B. PRODUCTION OF LIGHT METALLIC STRUCTURES

This category includes:

a. land servicing systems for airplanes, such as:
luggage trucks
passenger ladders
b. advertising boards
c. industrial shelves and supports
d. containers
e. stages
f. hoppers
g. domes

The welding procedures are as follows:

- Manual welding with coated electrode
- Gas-shielded arc welding
- Flux-shielded arc welding

The equipments used in this respect are as follows:

- Invertors for welding with coated electrode
- Equipment for WIG welding
- Equipment for MIG-MAG shielded arc welding
- Automatic welding unit for flux-shielded arc welding

Welding devices:

- Roller blocks
- Handling devices (for heavy metallic profiles - up to 20 TO)

Also, to provide productivity in labor and the quality of products, the company has purchased one automatic line - Kaltenbach, consisting of a GIETART sandblasting unit, intended to prepare the surfaces for welding, the parts having the following dimensions:

- Plates of 2500x12000 mm (width x length)
- Profiles up to 500mm (H,I,T,L...) and length of 12.000mm
- Plate cutting centre, intended for cutting, drilling and marking of plate items (2500x12000mm)
- Profile cutting, drilling and marking centre
- Painting booth 5500x6000x15000mm, provided with drying equipment, painting unit in static field and control devices
- Bending and straightening machine for profiles

The raw materials used in this respect, are provided by the most important and well-known suppliers from the country and European Union and our production facilities are permanently upgraded and renewed.
